Sequester Staff

An engineer firms finds that all major works have been completed on projects within the city and the firm has engineers in waiting to be reassigned, although there has been little released for future project works in the city and regional areas and the company has been unsuccessful in its tender for current works.

The engineer firm can trade (sequester) employees to other firms for a definite period, who have the successfully tendered. The employee may also be willing to be deployed intersate or overseas. The firm benefits by retaining the employee whom they have invested and would like to further develop and invest for in for the future. The sequestered employee is also developing their skills set with another company and gaining experience with the security of returning to the firm at the end of the agreed period.
